Amey is a solution provider, not a product supplier, and this unbiased position allows us to use our extensive knowledge of industry products to provide the most optimal, cost-effective solutions for our clients.
We have a particular interest in carbon and energy management and are able to offer a range of sustainable, low carbon design solutions and offer advice and support, optimising the electrical efficiency of existing assets. This ranges from using smarter control systems to utilising renewable energy and minimising energy losses through mindful product selection and dexterous design techniques.
We use a forward-looking approach to ensure our designs are resilient to the future effects of climate change, including ensuring assets and distribution equipment are robust against forecast higher ambient temperatures, flooding, solar gain and lightning risks.
