Through its two Regional Accommodation Maintenance Services (RAMS) contracts, Amey works in partnership with the Defence Infrastructure Organisation (DIO), to maintain approximately 18,000 Service Family Accommodation (SFA) across the Central and North (including Scotland & Northern Ireland) regions.
Working collaboratively with local supply chain partners and specialists, Amey provides a range of services including responsive maintenance, void management, Move In preparation, and statutory and mandatory planned maintenance. In addition to the core contractual requirements for each region, we also deliver a significant amount of billable works and projects.
Our commitment to net zero ensures that solutions, such as renewable energy sources and energy-efficient technologies, are seamlessly integrated into our service, providing substantial cost savings for families and supporting our client to reach their own carbon reduction targets.
With a proven track record of delivering facilities management in complex environments, our team of professionals use their knowledge of the defence estate to address the specific challenges that military housing brings. Our commitment extends beyond just fixing issues - we aim to create a welcoming and safe environment where families can focus on their Service commitments, knowing their housing needs are in capable hands.
