Amey has been awarded a place on Transport Infrastructure Ireland’s (TII) Commercial, Claims Advisor and Professional Services framework, strengthening its growing consultancy presence across the country.

Under the four‑year framework, Amey has been appointed as the Lot 1 supplier. As part of this, Amey will deliver a broad range of specialist commercial services for TII and Irish Local Authorities, including claims advisory and dispute resolution, procurement assurance, quantity surveying, and commercial, project, and risk management.

These services will be applied to national roads, light rail, active travel and greenway projects across Ireland, supporting the country’s wider ambition to build sustainable and resilient infrastructure in line with TII’s Climate Action Roadmap. The framework also gives Amey the opportunity to bid for work with the Department of Transport and all 31 Irish Local Authorities, including Dublin City Council, Cork County Council and Galway City Council.

As part of its role on the framework, Amey will bring a digital-led, insight driven approach to service delivery, using advanced project planning tools to strengthen programme, risk and commercial decision making. This approach enables earlier issue identification, more efficient delivery, and greater transparency for clients across complex infrastructure programmes.

Amey’s commitment to local employment and collaborative working will also form a core part of its delivery model. Where appropriate, the company will embed specialist roles within client offices, supporting faster decision‑making, knowledge transfer and an integrated, co‑located team environment.

Colin Wood, Managing Director for Amey, said: “We are pleased to announce our appointment to the Transport Infrastructure Ireland Commercial, Claims Advisor and Professional Services framework. This unlocks the full breadth of our expertise and capabilities across multiple sectors, helping to support in the creation of more connected communities, low-carbon transport, and resilient infrastructure more generally across Ireland. We look forward to continuing this strong partnership with the Transport Infrastructure Ireland and Irish local authorities and contributing to the local economy.”

This announcement is further recognition of Amey’s growing footprint in Ireland, with the company having recently opened its first office in Dublin marking a significant milestone in Amey’s continued investment and growth in the region. This framework appointment also follows the announcement of the company’s first major contract with Roscommon County Council, as part of the joint Local Authorities and Transport Infrastructure Ireland (TII) 372 Technical Consultancy Services framework.
