Leading public and regulated services provider Amey, has been named on the Top 100 Apprenticeship Employers list for the third year running.
The list, which is compiled annually by the National Apprenticeship Service and City and Guilds, recognises excellence in businesses that employ apprentices as well as organisations that ensure their apprentices become successful and inspirational role models.
Amey has committed to hiring over 1,000 apprentices in four years on contracts ranging from highways maintenance, business administration and arboriculture, to design, transport planning, logistics and IT.

“We’re really pleased to be, once again, named as one of the top apprentice employers in the UK. We are extremely proud of our apprenticeship programme and the work we do to support both the professional and personal development of young people.”
Amey’s Apprenticeship Programme involves completing both a technical certificate in their chosen area as well as a National Vocational Qualification or Scottish Vocational Qualification, and incorporates the Duke of Edinburgh’s Business Award as a core part of the programme.
