Leo Docherty MP, Minister for Defence People and Veterans, also stopped by the stand to talk about the successful alliance we have with BuildForce.
Around 120 Service leavers/veterans attended the event, who were interested in careers in the construction/facilities management sector and 30 employers were on hand to answer any questions they had or provide them with more information.
Our team had a very successful day and acquired a number of CVs, with twelve very credible candidates also being interviewed for a variety of roles across Amey!
