Our Strategic Consulting was recruited to support the review and development of Heathrow’s Asset Management System in preparation for its ISO 55000 Certification with Lloyd’s Registers. The team was embedded within the Heathrow Asset Management team and supported the development and improvement of the Asset Management System.
Prior to the Lloyd’s audit, the team prepared Heathrow Asset Management by developing communication materials, walking the audit routes to ensure all was in order, and preparing proposed audit schedule. Post-audit, Strategic Consulting helped Heathrow Asset Management to summarise findings and developed continuous improvement plans.
