Leading service provider Amey, is proud to announce that they have been recognised for their ‘exceptional safety performance’.
Amey received the award in relation to a substation refurbishment project they are carrying out on behalf of National Grid in Stocking Pelham, Hertfordshire.
The awards were presented by National Grid’s Capital Delivery Director, Ian Cartwright who said: “It’s great to be recognising the world class Health, Safety, Environment and Sustainability performance that your teams have delivered over the last 12 months.”
James Goode, Senior Project Manager added: “Amey have shown excellent progress across the Pelham project and a great commitment to HSEQ over the last year.”
Commenting on the award, Amey’s Power Director, David Tong said: “We are pleased to be supporting National Grid in meeting its capital investment objectives through our participation on the Substations Framework programme, providing design, installation and commissioning services.
