Can I apply for a position in the UK if I need a work permit?
Everyone is asked for evidence of their right to live and work in the UK, by providing either a UK/EU passport or a work permit. We are not able to offer support in obtaining work permits except in very rare cases of critical skills shortages.
If I'm not successful this time, can I apply again?
Do you have an equal opportunities policy?
Yes. Anyone applying to work with us will be treated equally in line with our equal opportunities policy. We recruit from the widest and most diverse talent pool available.
How does the interview process work?
Our interview process is based on the requirements of the role. We use competency-based interviewing, psychometric testing and assessment centres, but there are a variety of other selection tools we use where appropriate. It sounds scary but we promise it isn’t. You will be given details of the format when invited for interview.
Are travelling expenses for interviews/assessment centres covered?
Sorry no. We do not offer any reimbursement for expenses incurred in attending an interview or an assessment centre.
How long does the selection process take?
There is no fixed timeframe for the selection process. For more senior roles, you might meet us on several occasions before we reach a decision. But we do understand the pressures of looking for work and try to make the process as quick as possible for you.
Is there a Refer-a-Friend scheme?
Yes. If one of our team recommends you and you’re successful, they could get up to £1,000 – as long as they’re not part of the selection process.
Do you offer work experience/summer internships?
Yes. There are opportunities for work experience and internships in the form of summer and year-in placements. All placements, work experience and internships are managed locally at each of our contracts.
Please post a copy of your CV with a cover letter detailing the type of work/internship experience you are interested in. You will only be contacted if there is a placement opportunity available and you have been shortlisted for an interview.
I can’t find the answer to my query – can I contact you directly?
