Positive impact in the communities we serve
Every year we give our people the opportunity to step away from their day job to support local good causes that make a real difference. Our leadership team want to inspire everyone and used their annual volunteering day to make a big impact in Bradford.
Craig McGilvray, Managing Director, Amey Secure Infrastructure
“At Amey, we aim to leave a lasting and positive legacy in the communities we serve. Giving our employees time off to volunteer and working with our supply chain partners is one way to build relationships and help transform local communities. On a personal note, it has been fantastic to take time away from the day job to work with our contract teams and supply chain to make a real and visible impact on a worthwhile project that will benefit so many by creating a safe, accessible and welcoming space for vulnerable young people in Bradford to learn and participate in social activities. I would encourage everyone to volunteer some time and support local communities.”
