Chris is a results focused Asset Management Leader, able to form, empower and motivate multi-disciplined teams. He has worked internationally across sectors as diverse as railways, aviation, utilities, ports, highways and public telecommunications in asset owner/duty holder and consulting roles. He is a recognised leader in asset management frameworks aligned to ISO 55001.
Chris joined Amey in 2017 from the Manchester Airports Group where he was Group Head of Asset Management Policy Strategy and Systems with accountability for the Asset Management framework applied across all the MAG Airports. At Lloyd’s Register he led the development of Asset Management services across the Lloyd’s Register Group companies, becoming Technical Director for the Group Transportation business and subsequently Global VP Asset Management Consulting serving Energy and Transportation markets.
At Amey he is leading our Strategic Asset Management services, working with key clients such as Heathrow Airport, Staffordshire County Council and Manchester Metrolink.
Chris is actively involved in the Institute of Asset Management and served for four years as the Chairman of the IAM Examinations Board, receiving the IAM Presidents Award for services to the Examinations Board and the IAM in 2015.
