We encourage you to take some time on Wellbeing Wednesday to do something positive and think about how you can look after your wellbeing.

Wellbeing Wednesdays are a time where you can spend time focusing on your wellbeing and that of your colleagues. Little and often is best so you could set time aside weekly or whatever works best for you and your team.

Any new guides will be added to this library; and sent out on a quarterly basis.
