If you’re a people manager a referral to occupational health (OH) can help you in supporting a team member. An OH referral can help with understanding a team members medical condition or in determining their fitness to work and what adjustments may be required.
If you’re unsure whether a referral is appropriate or what questions to ask in your referral then you can email the client services team at amey@medigold-health.com for guidance or call them on 0114 250 5360. You will need to provide a brief overview of what you’re looking to discuss and request a call back from the duty manager service.
The duty manager service can provide you with help and support related to general health, wellbeing or advice on emergency situations.
