Our helpdesk team uses an innovative 360 scheduling system which efficiently schedules tasks reported to the helpdesk to minimise travel and maximise the efficient use of resources. The scheduler assigns work to our pool of engineers based on their location, skills and availability, providing a more efficient way of delivering services within agreed response times.
