Amey appoints new head of its Owen Williams business stream

Amey, a leading support services company, today announced the appointment of Damian McHale as Head of Owen Williams, a business stream of Amey. 

Damian said: "I am excited to be working at Amey. Since the acquisition of Owen Williams, Amey has become the third largest consultant in the UK in the road/rail sectors and I am looking forward to taking advantage of the opportunities that this new role will bring."

Damian brings to the role specialist knowledge of the transport technology, network operation, infrastructure and consulting industries, and significant experience of government outsourced service delivery and change management.

This is a very exciting time for Amey and I look forward to working with Damian to build on our current success and continue to develop the expertise that we provide through our Owen Williams business stream."

Damian joins Amey from Serco Integrated Transport where he was Group Director for International Business. Prior to this he held senior roles in the field of commercial aviation, avionics and flight simulation working for Canadian Marconi and CAE electronics in Montreal Canada. He began his career with Singer Link Miles in the UK.
