Owen Williams Railways wins East Midlands Contract

Owen Williams Railways has been awarded a large package of permanent way Switches and Crossing work in the East Midlands by Network Rail.

The contract includes a number of Switches and Crossing renewal projects including the ‘Derby Diamonds’ a non-standard diamond crossing at Derby station. The contacts also includes fully multidisciplinary projects at Harrowden, Flitwick, Knighton Junction and Bedford South, which will include permanent way, geotechnical, signalling, mechanical and electrical engineering and structures work.
