Amey Fleet Services (AFS) has won two contract extensions with Network Rail in the Thames Valley area, for the provision of on-track machines and trackside plant.
Both extensions will run for 12 months, until 31 March 2005. Together, they will provide revenue in excess of £5 million. Also secured is a new four-year contract, worth around £1.2 million, to provide 63 commercial vehicles to Network Rail. This new contract builds on the five-year contract currently in place. Together, these contracts are strong confirmation of AFS’ position as a major supplier to Network Rail.
