The Leadership Graduate Programme has a framework of core modules to give you insights into general business topics and help you develop your management skills.

The Graduate Pathways are geared towards chartered status. It includes approved ICE, IEH and IET courses.

The Graduate Pathways are  the most flexible, allowing you to design a programme of training and development that's exactly right for you.

Our training and development courses are designed to complement your on-the-job experience and technical training. Most courses last one or two days and take place in venues around the country, giving you the opportunity to network with other graduates and develop your contacts among more experienced colleagues and senior managers.
