GRADUATE PATHWAYS PROGRAMME
The Graduate Pathways Programme aims to develop graduates into a range of professional careers including our most sought-after technical disciplines. It is designed to offer graduates the opportunity to develop the necessary technical or professional skills to realise their potential. Graduates joining a Pathway must be committed to developing their professional and technical skills through on-the-job continual learning, and where applicable, completion of a professional qualification.
Sound interesting? In addition to the criteria above you will need:
- Minimum 2:2 from a leading university in relevant field; preferably 2:1
Key facts:
- Recruitment open throughout the year to meet business needs
- Function specific – e.g.: Engineering, Finance, HR, etc.
- Recruited directly into a specific role within a division or functional area
- Rotations arranged locally
- Encouraged to follow a professional path
- Invited to central graduate events for a period of two years
- High performing graduates demonstrating high potential after 6 months, can be nominated by the business to join the Leadership Graduate Programme (please see below)
LEADERSHIP GRADUATE PROGRAMME
The Leadership Graduate Programme has been designed to expose a small number of very high calibre graduates to rotational placements and core modules of training, to grow people capable of taking up future general and operational management roles.
Sound interesting? In addition to the criteria above you will need:
- Minimum 2:1 degree
- Industrial placement, or 1 - 2 years work experience
- Proven extra-curricular achievements
- Good commercial acumen and an interest in business
In addition, you must be:
- A proactive self-starter
- Ambitious
- Personable
- Fully geographically mobile
