The application process. The application process has a number of key stages including:
- Online application form
- Telephone interview
- Assessment centre
- Interview with senior manager.
Application to the Leadership Graduate Programme is only possible between 1 September and 31 December.
Application to the Graduate Pathways Programme is open all year.
