Our three markets proposition is designed to deliver the most efficient and effective services to our clients, and are outlined below:
Built Environment
Amey’s Built Environment team provides a comprehensive range of facilities management services. We deliver services to a large proportion of the Government's estate, as well as to departments, agencies, non-departmental bodies, and the private sector. Our expertise lies in bundled services; for example, our MoD account at their HQ in Whitehall comprises over 60 separate services alone.
Inter-Urban
The Inter-Urban market comprises the strategic highways and rail industry throughout the UK. Customers are predominantly Central Government agencies such as the Highways Agency, Network Rail, Transport Scotland, and Road Service Northern Ireland. We deliver new and improved road and rail infrastructure into this market, providing cost effective management and maintenance solutions that meet the safety, reliability and performance standards demanded by our customers and the transport industry.
Local Government
We work with local authorities across the UK, delivering both stand-alone and integrated services. We provide a range of infrastructure and environment related services that include: delivering and supporting transport infrastructure; tailoring and providing solutions to enhance the local environment, and; providing and managing property related, education and community facilities.
