Our five-year contract with Belfast City Airport includes the provision of mechanical and electrical services and capital projects. The contract was awarded to us due to our unique partnering approach, as well as our robust and transparent management systems and processes.
The contract includes the provision of planned and reactive mechanical, electrical and fabric maintenance to the landside and other specific airside areas of the entire airport site.
We work closely with Belfast City Airport to meet all their operational requirements, at the same time maintaining a safe environment for all those using the airport, including travellers, visitors and employees.
Using our vast knowledge of Total Facilities Management and drawing upon our energy management skills, we will help Belfast City Airport achieve specified environmental conditions, identified at the initial contract stages. We will also work alongside Belfast City Airport to help obtain and maintain maximum energy efficiency across the entire site.
We undertake a proactive to preventative maintenance and inspections to minimise breakdowns and failures. We do this by ensuring that all work are in accordance with any relevant Codes of Practice or statutory provisions, by placing appropriately skilled workers and by using suitable materials that satisfy British Standards or equivalent to carry out the task.
